Moss & Maple it’s a fine dining experience where French-Mediterranean cuisine meets the beauty of nature. Guided by the seasons, their ever-evolving menu reflects the colours, scents, and textures of the natural world, offering a sensory journey through taste, aroma, and artistry.
Capturing images of the chief process was essential, as it highlights his unwavering dedication to his work. These visuals serve not only as a testament to his but also allow others to appreciate the effort and passion he in every task.
I wanted to capture the artistry of the food placement in the photos, showcasing not just the vibrant colours and textures of the ingredients but also the thought and creativity behind each arrangement.
